Custom WordPress Site Needs Update and Fixes

A blog I have that is a custom designed Thesis blog in Wordpress needs two things asap: 1) He is having problems with his widgets on the blog and can't do anything with them.? The way to fix the problem is here <[login to view URL]>? and we need someone to do it. 2) The second part is, we created a page (which is still in draft) for the form.? Unfortunately, when I plug in the web form for the campaign, it defaults to the format for the web form that? we put on the site and looks terrible.? ? ? ? Need someone? to disable the form on this page alone, or, perhaps better, create a template for a page that doesn't have the form, so that I can create another page or two like this
