Flex/Flash Template

I need a Flex template that functions like this [login to view URL] It has a similar tutorial here [login to view URL] Requirements: 1) Images will be stored in a directory 2) Price, seating capacity, fuel economy ,horsepower and features fields will be in an ms access database 3) The look and feel has to match the car website. It has to be clean and bug free. 4) when you click on the car, it does not have to pop up to a box where you can modify the color and interior. I want a nice clean template with the 5 fields above stored in an MS Access database and the images from a directory. It is ok if you want to use XML. I just want this re-usable
