Web browser/portal for custom web page viewing

A solution is needed that can allow a user to surf the internet, and yet only show to the user the TEXT on that page, so stripping out any formatting, colours, videos, gifs, flash apps etc. i.e. a 'text-only' internet browsing solution. The solution must fulfil the following requirements: - allow users to browse the internet and follow links to other web pages - strip out colour, formatting, flash apps, videos etc. It is not important what in in their place if anything, it is just important that the user cannot see the picture / video etc on their screen. - users should be able to login to fourms/ accounts on websites such as ebay - javascript webpages should be viewable and components should work, only that colours / images should be ripped out Possible solutions: - Is there any way of making a web portal that people can surf through which can perform this function on pages being accessed? - have users acessing pages through a proxy server that can perform this function?
