Webservice (gant type project)

Hi. I have a web page (see attached file), that I want as a web service instead and a win forms application to use it. It is for a small airline that we want to improve the system for. This web page displays the different aircraft/units and the the flights. This I now want to improve into a web service and a win forms application instead. Is is somewhat like a *Gantt chart*. Please see attached file for better understanding. I have the database and the procedures/views. I want you to make the web service and a win forms application to use the web service. It should be done in Visual studio 2005 or 2008. This is the first step and the core of this application, then we will extend it further. I only wants bid on this first step, and then we will proceed later. Please send questions and I will answer them. I want a first class application and quality pays. I want references from you, and you need to have done web services before. If you have a demo application or screens shots of something you have done, please send it to me.
