Church Job Portal Website

I am looking for someone to develop a Church Job Portal for hiring church staff. I have one now at [login to view URL] but would like something with more admin control that that one. The best church job search website out there now is [login to view URL] and I would like this to be as good. I am not looking for someone to just take a script and plug it in to a job portal template. I am looking for something creative but has a lot of admin control to change the catagories, job post preferences, and job seeker preferences. I have seen scripts by [login to view URL] and jammit and both are good. Jammit seems to offer more what I am looking for but It doesn't include some extras I want plus the look of the site is limited and not that appealing.
