Amazon Seller Central Marketplace Automatic Synchronisation

We run an e-commerce business with an Amazon Pro Merchant SellerCentral account. We have our own backend database with two tables. The first lists all products with their brand code, SKU, EAN, name, price and quantity. The second lists all brand with their brand code and brand name. We need a PHP script that can be run with a cron job that wil use send Amazon a full inventory update, with the SKU, EAN, brand, name, price and quantity of all our items, in the Apparel department. It must do exactly the same as what we currently manually have with the Apparel inventory loader Excel tool. If there are new items in the database, Amazon should be able to add them automatically. Processing reports should be saved for easy future reference. If you have any questions, ask. Skype and fluent English are required. We cannot give access to our own systems so you will need to develop the software with your own account and we can test it with ours.
