Code one basic PHP listing page (s4kclasslisting)

We have recently begun working on a couple of sites where we have been told we must use CodeIgniter as a Framework. And we must use an SVN to commit and upload changes, so that we can store a revisions log. Both of these things are new to us, so I'm looking for a bunch of experienced developers who have worked with these two structures before to work with me on these projects and future projects which we'll use this for. Please find attached a spec for a simple listing page job which needs doing on one of our sites. If you do this job and it goes well/quick, then I'm happy to put further jobs your way. CodeIgniter has already been installed and configured, and there is already one set of controller/model files for another section of the site. I have attached the file you will work on for reference.
