Create a WordPress plugin. Need a Multiple Choice Test plugin to test/allow my users to practise.

What I'm looking for is to build a WordPress Plugin which will allow me to test my users. A great example of what is needed can be found on [login to view URL] . I'm looking for similar functionality. The requirements include: Mobile Responsiveness Allow the use of short codes in questions/answers. Correct answer displayed on click, if correct -> next question if incorrect show explanation. See [login to view URL] as an example I'm looking for similar functionality. Plugin should look different. Optional(Not required/future updates) Allow fill in the blank and other types of questions Send me your past plugins/experience.
