PHP geoIP redirection script & interface

About 100K daily visitors will be redirected to [login to view URL] We would like to instantly redirect these users to various sponsor links based on their country IP address. I'd like to use the standard "XX" country codes or "ALL" to set up targeting rules for each redirect link. (standard ISO country codes and geoIP db can be found here: [login to view URL]) We need you to create a basic password-protected interface on our site [login to view URL] where we can manage these links and keep track of redirect stats. It could looks like the attached mockup: [ [login to view URL] ] With above targeting scenario it should redirect like: - in France 1/3rd of visitors will go to Link1 another 1/3rd to Link2 and 1/3rd to Link4 - in Germany 100% of visitors will go to Link1 - in Australia and Canada 50% will go to Link3 and 50% to Link4 - in all other countries 100% of visitors will go to Link4 Let me know if it makes sense. Yellow column should track the total number of visitors redirected to that link. Clicking [ > ] should activate that redirect and change the button to [ II ] to be able to Pause it later. Clicking [ O ] should reset the redirect counter (yellow) to zero. Clicking [ X ] should delete that row. Let me know if you could create this and how soon. Speed and reliability are most important here. All redirects should be done nearly instantly. Every millisecond counts. Thanks,
