small changes to jquery /wordpress site

Project Description: *** Need to start right now****** hello, some small changes needed to site. [login to view URL] site uses isotop for the query filter WHAT I NEED.. 1 -the smaller black and white images change to color when you hover over them, it has a small description hiding behing the image, i need to appear on hover over also. 2. layout lightbox(when clicking on imageS) so content doesnt wrap, algin the image to the top of the lightbox(post featured image) then warp test around the featured image...right now it overflows on the text
