295134 Sports Site Partial Clone

I need a site created based on this site w w w. e t e a m z (dot) c o m. remove the spacing to view the site. Essentially what I need is 1 main site, landing area, and then multiple ( 10 + ) mini sites within that one for a sports orgainization. There will be a Master Admin for the entire site as the developer. One Main Admin that runs the site for the client. They would have online editing permissions as well as they would be the one creating, editing and deleting the users for the sub sites. The sub sites will be run as their own stand alone site within the main site. In here the sub site admin can edit the info on all of these pages, add events, add schedules, add photos, game scores etc., news items, pdf's etc. They can edit text as well. Each of the sub sites will have their own look and feel based on the main sites elements. This site also needs to have online registration for all of their programs with a database holding onto all of the info that is set up. They will also need to be able to jump to a waiting list for the registration once all of the spots have been filled. This site needs to be able to handle 100's of connections at once. In the registration, we will need the site to be set up where it holds on the registration, sets a 'family code' for each family and all of the members that that family enters. Each memeber will then have a code, but the login will be with the family code and password. That way when they sign up for hockey and soccer all of their info will be in the system already. There is more here, but lets start with this and see what the quotes are. This job has a 30 day turn around. We will be supplying the design.
