Convert PSD to Wordpress E-Commerce Site (Mens clothing)

We need a PSD layout converted to a wordpress template that will be an e-commerce site using the wp-ecommerce plugin (free version). Pages to include Homepage, Category page, product summary page and contact us page. Homepage - Will have 3 widgets along the bottom linking directly to categories, and a slideshow with upcoming products. Category page Will show all products available in that category with sub menu down the left side (PSD Not provided programmer to program something simple) Category summary page - will highlight the category they clicked on (we do not have a PSD, programmer will design something simple) Contact Us page (Contact 7 plugin) Specs: Background to be flexible to all monitors Implement Rollovers with option for drop down sIFR / Cufon implementation or Google Web Fonts Browser Compatibility Tableless Coding Commented Markup Newsletter sign up option also Implement Breadcrumbs Winner will be chosen ASAP most likely today (Wednesday) by 10PMEST Budget for this project is $150 and must be delivered by Friday August 19th at 5PM EST.
