Create a backend and editor for html websites

I need someone to help me create a backend and editor for html websites. You would upload the finished product to your webserver on any subdomain and create the admin account through a registration process. You would enter your name, email, purchase key, username, password, and ftp details. Once created, you can log in to the editor and backend. There will be two tabs, one for the editor and one for the backend. The backend will include settings, visitor statistics, plugins, account info, and more. The editor tab will include an interactive preview of the site. When you click on something, it will appear in the editor box on the right and you will be able to edit it. Also, you will be able to copy, paste, and delete within the preview. It should be a drag and drop interface within the preview. Also in the editor, you can create new pages from other pages on your site, useful for a blog. A final feature would be plugins which would be simple html snippets you would drag in to the preview. THIS MUST WORK ON ALL HTML WEBSITES WITHOUT ANY MODIFICATION OF THE SITE BEFOREHAND. I will explain everything in more detail to the winner. Also, I will provide mock-ups. NOTE: You must be very communicative during the whole process. Also, please don't bid if you can't complete this in the next week and a half.
