Create a new single page Portfolio from existing website (Simple) - repost

My current website is complete, but I want to change my portfolio page. Please look at Freelancer1.png. This is what I want. Then please look at [login to view URL], this is what I currently have. I need this done ASAP. It's a very simple page. Functionality: The left hand side contains 6 headings, when a different heading is clicked, the user will be shown different portfolio images. These sections are 'Music Videos', 'Virals and Promo', 'Film TV' etc etc. When an image is clicked, it will open a Youtube video (This functionality is already present). Notes: The text is not important. Please just put 'Text' and 'Title'.
