Customization and improvement to php site.

The site is built on a Hierarchical platform where you have a site admin, a District admin a School Admin a grade admin a parent and children. So the site admin can see everything the District can see all schools, all grade and all parent and children. And so on down the line. Each login has different permissions. I would suggest that you take some time in the code or you take some time logging in as different users so you can see different functionality.
