Design basic Poker Rules/Strategy Site

What we need is a full site that will host poker rules and articles on basic strategy. What the site will need is a space for the Rules of multiple poker games, including Texas Hold 'Em, Omaha, Omaha 8, Stud, Stud8, and Razz All of these should be able to be viewed on the home page with a turnstyle like view.. The rules will require text, and places to input Hand Rankings, I can provide examples if needed. We also need to have links to basic strategy articles dealing with these same games, 2-3 articles per game type is hat we'll do, ideally it will be edited to fit what we are doing. Finally, we need a page that lists multiple poker sites, and the bonuses they offer, we need to be able to edit this info, but we need the template done, there are plenty of examples of sites that do this well, that we will provide you with, to give you an idea of what we are looking for in this regard. The site should be easy to navigate, uncomplicated, and completely editable, we'll provide all the content, post development, so use some sort of filler for now. Thank you
