Import data feeds into New Creloaded/OSCommerce website

We need to setup the import of 4 data feeds from suppliers which import stock prices, quantity and SKU from our suppliers each day into our Creloaded/OS Commerce website. Feeds are simply text files with SKU, quantity and price (there are some other columns too). You can see feeds attached. Will do a one time import at the start with product details with images/descriptions etc. It is then just quantity, sku and price to import. We need to have section in the admin control panel for creloaded to set a profit % and fixed profit amount, to add to price from the import feed. If you are interested please let me know. Thanks
