Joomla 3.0 Chinese and German functionality added to current website

We have a joomla 3.0 website set up and require the front end translations also in German and Simplified Chinese. WE DO NOT REQUIRE YOU TO SPEAK GERMAN OR CHINESE. We need you to set everything up neatly so that we can log into the back end once you have finished and amend the translations ourselves. The translations must be done manually. The articles, modules, menu items etc should be set up in both languages manually by you. Please run all the words you don’t know through Google translate and copy and paste them in with the pictures into the relevant articles etc so that it all looks neat. Same with the menus, modules and components. All of the content on the front end must have its own translation done. Dont worry if the translation is not completely correct as we will change it once you have finished. The German language pack is already installed. Please also install the Chinese language pack. Then please create translations in Both Chinese and German for all the content. There are approximately 25 pages to the current website. Please make sure all the translated items are easily editable so that we can log into the administration panel once you have completed the task and amend the translated content for everything. Please add the three language flags underneath the current social media buttons in the banner. Please also ensure that the English version of the site is default. The Chinese version will show if a Chinese browser is being used or the location the user is in is China. The German version will be show if the user is in Germany or a German browser is being used. The design of the site must work and function perfectly as it does now including contact forms etc following translation. We require all work to be completed satisfactorily with unlimited amendments until satisfaction. We need this work carried out within the coming 24-48 hours. Thanks
