Landing page + Thank you page on (Wordpress or Joomla)

We want to develop a landing page as well as thank you page after signup for our business. The signup on the landing page has to work by registering the users on our Wordpress or Joomla database so we can send newsletter to those users when our backend system is ready to go. Once the user signs up, we want a thank you page to be presented with "sharing with friends" option. We are after the design as well as the programming to adapt the landing/thanks/sharing with friends to our CMS tool. We should be able to add testimonial and news as articles in the CMS. Even though we're gonna use CMS behind the scenes, we'll only use the mechanics of it such as user registration, monitoring, reports, newsletter, articles etc... But the layout of landing page has to be fully built to our company, no standard template fit our needs (we've already looked at the market for it)... We should start with the design and once approved, make it work on CMS... Sections ===================================== 1. Area for the video (seemless with a play button to start - no youtube squared video) 2. Signup with email address only (CALL TO ACTION) 3. Login (dietbet style - login with facebook and gmail) 4. Social Sharing Buttons like facebook like button, twitter, pintrest, google+, linkedin, email, digg) 5. Social news (Twitter - Wisgle on Twitter messages) 6. Press room (blogs, events) 7. Make it viral! (link to share with friends by email) 8. Area to show their customer love for wisgle (rotating testimonial) 9. Thank you page (after signup)
