One Page Website required fast

I am looking for a very simple but visually please website. I can provide a sample of the website we can mimic in the private message. The website will need at least one image of a large, nice kitchen, your responsible to find this image. Website will require some customer graphics, but very, very basic. Again please ask for the sample site. You will need to load this site to our hosting company. We need this turned around very quickly. Max payment of $30. Other bids will not be considered.
