osCommerce Graphic Design and Layout Configuration

We are in search of a web/graphic designer who is skilled in osCommerce and can implement design and layout customization for osCommerce stores. We will provide details about the design and theme desired by our clients, as well as a suggested layout. We are looking for someone that can take these requests and create the original graphics and layout to deliver an osCommerce look-and-feel that meets the requested specifications. We have one site in need of design and layout customization right away. We have installed a loaded osCommerce installation and need someone to take the list of client requirements and make the store fit the requested design. We have many projects like this one and are looking for a reliable designer to work with for all future projects. No automated responses please...they will be ignored. Again, we need someone who can take a list of requirements, create the graphics for the site and the osCommerce modules, infoBoxes, etc, and install that design into a store.
