Private Project for Webice.

This is a private project for Webice: so if you're not Webice... please don't bother bidding. Required: - A website for an accountant company. - We'd like a business like website that looks *very* impressive. - The website needs to follow a colour scheme that has been given. - The navigation needs to be coded in PHP, so that we can add new sections and pages quickly. - Some of the sections will have subsections. - The work involves inputting data from previous websites, current published material. - I would also like it if you could create some content for the website - look at other similar websites and add content. - You must supply all graphics needed. - If you could program a basic CMS system into it... that would be excellent! (But this is not essentail as the budget does not cover for this.) Please agree a time frame for completing the work. Any questions, please PM. OM
