Professional finish to Rockettheme Template

Required: a professional finish to site using the "Replicant" theme template- Company deals with urban / street / modern sports but in an educational framework so site must be able to reflect this in the design. You must be familiar with getting the most from Joomla 1.5 and Rockettheme templates and keeping everything secure. Inspiration for site (in terms of getting the most from the template)to be drawn from www.mccn.edu- Rockketheme forum has the developer's tutorials into how the look was achieved. Unedited photos will be provided. The aim is a different background theme per menu item based on the photo and edited in photoshop to create the look and feel (merged into a whitewash wall with logo visible- inspiration is stencil graffiti artists like Banksy [login to view URL]). As you can see this is largely a "look and feel" project. I am working to a tight deadline so would like to have something together for early / mid June.
