Quick CSS fixes to Wordpress/plugin

I'm looking for a WordPress expert to quickly fix what I think are CSS issues. I'm using a premium theme with TheCartPress (fee plugin) and my main problem is that somethings are not well aligned. I'm not sure if it's the theme or the plugin. Please see the attached images of the items that need to be aligned properly. The attached show a before and after. The after image is how I want it to look when you fix it. Additionally you'll see in the attached that the address on the order confirmation has a wrong format and the zip code (postal code) needs to be moved. Also, the order confirmation is emailed to the admin and customer and the adress format should be corrected in the email copy. Lastly, the plugin catalog isn't showing the product thumbnail (see attached) and when you view an individual product I want to remove the date and author at the top of the post. The plugin seems to use the default [login to view URL] file but when you remove the date and author from the shopping cart product posts I don't want it to affect the regular blog post. Blog posts should have a date and author as they do now. I hired a programmer that took 1 week and didn't do anything at all therefor I'm looking for someone that can make these repairs quickly and responsibly. No milestone will be provided, I just need someone to get the job done fast and I will pay you in full or if you can't fix the issues then I can just look for someone else. Thanks for bidding.
