192294 Video Upload / Convert

Greetings, This is not a project for "YouTube Clone" or something like that. My client has a spot on their homepage for a video. There is only 1 video that will be displayed at a time so here's how I need this script to work. My client is not very internet saavy at all so the less steps there are on the script the better. He will go to the script, select the video from his computer, and click upload. The script will display a progress bar as it uploads. Once it's finished uploading the script will convert his video to FLV and compress/resize appropriately. It will then automatically replace the video on the homepage by overwriting it. On the script's config file I should be able to set the compression amount (they do not want super low quality "youtube" style videos, but they do want some compression too), and the converted video size. Let me know if you can do this. We have root access to our servers and can install any modules needed to run the script.
