Apply GUI to existing Delphi App

I am looking for a Delphi coder that can apply a new graphic user interface (PROVIDED) to an existing application. The changes are simple. All the hard work has been done. I am supplying a new GUI in psd format. The coder needs to apply the new design and make some minor changes to the application. 1: The monthly interest rate screen has been absorbed into design 'Dr - Main3', so there are one fewer screens. 2: 'Dr - Lastpage' includes buttons that link to a website. The URL is <[login to view URL]> 3: 'Dr - Lastpage' includes a button that prepares an email with the debt calc file as an attachment, so at a click the user can email his/her file to me. The email address will be supplied after the project is underway. 4: On the 'income' screen and the 'expenditure' screen the headings currently cannot be adjusted. Please change this so a double-click can enable the headings to be altered? 5: Spelling corrected for the word ‘Maintenance’ on the expenditure screen. 6: Fonts changed to Helvetica Neue, all variations in the fonts.zip. To install you will need Adobe Type Manager: <[login to view URL]>. Use the same font for the data entry aspect of the app. If not possible use Tahoma. 7: Change the icon for the application to the new icon attached. 8: The pop-up box under 'Help' 'About' needs to be re-styled but the information must remain the same. Buttons rollovers: Next/Back and min/max/close buttons etc have 2 states. The inner glow effect on the button layers will show the button static state when the glow is off, and the mouseover state when the glow is on. All source code, psd files, + original app attached. You should have all you need to assess the job and complete the project. I look forward to your bids. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All versions of Window operating system.
