Meka PARC would like to develop a Blackberry App for the Blackberry OS. The RACer should be able to develop a Photo Editor to be compatible with BB. The Photo Editor should be able to i) Crop - either by a box or by the scrolling ability ii) Filter - using atleast 3 types of filters iii) Cut and copy image onto a new background, or existing image iv) Touch up v) Put photo in a template - such as a photoframe vi) Text/ Be able to write on the image vii) Smoothen/Sharpen viii) Ability to upload to picasa and facebook. This should have the ability of being expanded at a later stage to incorporate other sites. ix) Resize/Rotate/Mirror/Flip x) Sepia//Black & White/Brush Stroked/Charcoal/Pencil/Colorize etc xi) Reflection/Sharpen/Glow/Blur xii) Illumination xiii) Save/Save as If the application becomes too heavy, then we are open to removing some of the features to be able to keep it light. GUI should look neat and simple. App will be sold so should have security for password after purchase and not be able to be used more than once on download after purchase.
