Phone Number Database

This project is fairly simple I believe and being a visual basic coder myself I could probably do it just can't seem to find the time. So how much is your time worth? Include a price in the email. Anyways this is what I want the program to be able to do. Its a database which will allow me to enter phone number (especially 1-800 numbers) and store them within a file. I want to then be able to export the numbers automatically to a .html file and upload it ftp to a server you can enter in a settings section. Here are some of the requirements: - Able to enter the phone number, name, address, hours opened etc.... - Tons of extra settings and options such as 1) dial the number from the computer so I can just pick the phone up and it will dial 2) able to change all the numbers and info to go with the number. 3) able to add my own fields to numbers and name them - Easy to use interface - Fast loading of program and lists ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 98 SE and UP excluding windows NT
