Change the look of the Slideshow in arras theme (wordpress)

I need to change the structure and the look of the Featured Slideshow in Arras theme in Wordpress. It's a very simple project for someone familiar with PHP and Arras theme. Shouldn't take more than an hour or two. Attached is the image of before and after. I need it completed right away, so only bid if you are available to start immediately. Thank you.
