Convert CSS2 Stylesheet to CSS

I have a css2 stylesheet than I need converted to css. The current stylesheet will only display properly in Firefox and not in Internet Explorer. I need this stylesheet and associated files made to display properly in Internet Explorer and Firefox. I have attached a zip file that contain all the files that need to display properly in internet explorer as well as firefox. You will need Firefox to view the files as they are now. This is how they should display in Internet Explorer or really close. So the finished project will result in a new css file that is cross browser compatible. All the attached html files will be edited to use the css file locally so that it can be view locally on my pc. If you are looking for a review since you are new to rent a coder.
