Current html/php Table Needs Changing to Output Columns

Hi there, I have a 3rd party wordpress plugin that outputs a table. Currently the table contains data with 1 single collumn and 1 single row. I would like the table to output the data into 4 collumns. The current table is being created with a mixture of html and php. Its a small job, and I would just need the alterations to the current code marked with "Custom" so I would be able to copy the alterations when the plugin is upgraded. ## Deliverables Ideally I can provide the code, the coder would edit as appropriate and then pass back to me for live testing.
