Joomla flash login form

I need someone specialized in flash that can modify a flash file for me. I need the following things done: 1. Integrate an mp3 file into a flash intro page 2. Add a Joomla login form to the flash page 3. Add automatic language detection depending on site visitor's browser. 4. When they log in, the site user should be directed to the site home page in the language chosen. The site languages will be configured with Joom!fish, so the login form should work with Joom!fish as well. 5. The rest of the flash file must remain how it is now with the animations untouched. So, when they visit the site, the animations should load first along with the mp3 and then the form should appear afterwards.
