RSS Management and Proxy

An existing authorization of our existing PHP application should be used (based on sessions). We are looking for a solution that allows our workgroup to simplify their handling of RSS feed. Our workgroup is currently 100 people and the solution shall help to simplify RSS subscriptions and make them more stable while people change roles or leave. 1) Feed Management This page for each editor shall help him to set up the subscription. a) Import feeds User can import either URLs of feeds or OPML files that have feed URLs in. Additionally he can edit and delete existing subscriptions here. The design should be resemble [login to view URL] but could be much simpler. b) subscribe and export The user can either export all his subscriptions as an OPML or subscribe to ONE feed. If the user subscribes to the feed he will get all items of these feeds as one feed. 2) MEGA Feed In order to do that we need to give him a unique URL he subscribes to. When he is requesting the feed all subscribed feeds are collected based on his subscriptions and at run-time parsed into this new 'megafeed'. This feed should be in RSS 2.0 and should be as simple as possible besides that. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP, MySQL, Linux, Apache other open source software appreciated that can be used
