Active Directory & Group Policy Console

Hi, First of all, my knowledge of AD is quite limited. I had a relatively simple project about a year and half ago which was an automatic user/group management based on some external conditions. In addition, owner of that project was a sys admin and assisted me closely. Likewise, I'd need your assistance througout the project. So if that's a deal breaker please just ignore my proposal. Integration, uniting several distinct systems/nodes behind a single interface, is my specialty. As far as I can understand this is just that type of a project, hence my interest. The system will consist of 2 components; console as the central unit and a client/agent on each remote AD machine. Clients on their own AD will act like a proxy handling any task dispatched to them by the console. Since client will act like a proxy/gateway for the console any command or task can be run remotely as long as the client has the required permissions. I'm not sure what your performance metrics are but I think any decent database can handle this. If you're after sheer speed we can utilize a db with in memory capabilities like Redis. I'll create the console as a web application and client as a windows service, both will be implemented in C#. All the features are not listed in detail at this stage since the scope of the project is quite wide and my knowledge of AD is limited. Roughly, I expect this to take around 2 months.
