Android and iOS app beacon hourly

I need an application that will be in both the iPhone/iPad store and the Android google play store for all devices. There are 3 phases, phase 1 is below, phase 2 and 3 is attached. This application needs to be able to scan for and read iBeacons. 1. Beacon Test Application $100 – This will be an application that should work on iPhone and Android a. Application should download an XML config file of beacon information from a server b. Each beacon can be programmed to either popup a message or popup an embedded website as described in the specification document. c. It should scan for all beacons it can find, and the strongest beacon it can find it should either pop the message or the embedded site (depending on what the strongest beacon is programmed to do) d. When it sees a new beacon, it should close the browser or message and pop up the new message or site. e. If a field is blank (for example, if UUID if blank), then do not filter based on that field. f. It should upload every 30 seconds all of the beacons in range, strength, and power level. This should be delivered by calling [login to view URL] and posting the following information: i. Field name: beacon ii. This file should contain a CSV text input of beacon UUID, beacon major id, beacon minor id, beacon broadcast strength, beacon battery level g. This application should be posted in the Apple App Store and Android Google Play Store h. The application will need to have a logo, icon and have a professional look.
