Bookmarking site(vidq.org) -- 2

Need a developer(PHP mostly) to build a bookmarking site. The Site which I want is a basic bookmarking site(Sample Site: [login to view URL]). When someone wants to promote their own site, they will use these kinds of sites to drive traffic and for link building purposes. "Excessive threat" to all bookmarking sites is spam. When a user registers and posts a link in our site as per CMS(like Plikli,Pligg, Kliqq CMS, Don't worry these may be bit new for you but those are based on PHP framework) functionality it will create a post with a link. Internally all things were already encoded in this CMS, just need a few security related modifications in site which might be available already(few of them) in the dashboard itself. Need to cross check once installed in hosting. Regarding CMS, It is just like WordPress when it comes to installation and backend is based on PHP. Let me know if any one interested. Thank you. Please stick to proposed budget if you deliver this site with expected changes then I can come up with more new site requirements. So make sure those who are serious to work and delivery this site then only send proposal. Thank you :)
