Hi, I've read the pdf, it's totally doable but jquery is a no go by today standards mostly because it's really not necessary anymore. I can develop the web app with reactjs, and the backend can be in PHP or JS depending on your server capabilities(shared hosting usually comes with PHP and APACHE) VPS's are the most flexible and offer you the possibility of using any tech. Now, I would like to know what's the real budget for this because as you can imagine 10-30$ for this is absolutely impossible. If you're serious about the project, contact me. Best regards Oscar
