Build a Telegram Bots for Instagram Engagement

I have been looking for a way to make an Instagram engagement via Telegram that I have not managed to do. So I decided to find someone who can do it for me. Must have 3 types of engagement Dx30 & Dx20 & Dx10. Only Likes I'm not interested in comments. Note: Dx30 = Returns for 30 Likes via list. The Instagram Engagement Pod must detect that people do not comply with the list of posts. The Instagram Engagement Pod must have the option to include VIP members where it is, it must detect when this person uploads a new publication to their Instagram account and put an Autodrop a certain number of times determined by me who is hosting the Instagram Engagement Pod. The Instagram Engagement Pod when putting the / list command must deliver a list of the posts placed where the person using the command should interact with the users who put their posts doing the same process before placing their post link. The Instagram Engagement Pod will detect if a person puts 2 equal URLs and will say that they can only put 1 URL for each list. (The lists would be 30 publications, 20 publications, 10 publications depending on the type) The Instagram Engagement Pod will delete any type of message that is not in the DxN format The Instagram Engagement Pod must list it and remove someone from that list who has already passed the 30 or 10 or 20 links. The Instagram Engagement pod if the person fulfilled the engagement and if not, notify them with a private message that the engagement has not yet complied and which ones if Where N = 10,20,30.
