Build a Tool for auction platform sites

Create a tool to manage my auctions on auction platform sites like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] as follows: 1. A mask in which I can set up an auctions for both sites in one step 2. A place where I can modify and delete the auction 3. A function which allows to repost the auction - to stay on the front places of the sites or automatic reposting with one click.
