Change sorting order of campaigns

I need some changes to an existing website. [login to view URL] is the site and I need someone to quickly sort this frontpage so it shows active campaigns and recently updated in the "donations" table first and the ones that are ended should be sorted at the bottom. Msg only if you are comfortable with laravel and php.
