convert single page of php code (that uses Curl) into Java(JSP)

Hello Attached with this request is a single page of PHP Code that shows some fields of a web form on screen, allows user to fill in those values, and finally form is submitted. I want you to convert this php code into a java function. In place of CURL(whilch is called in php code) you can use Libcurl which has java bindings for curl usage in java. Pls see <[login to view URL]> for more information. A few things you will have to modify in your java code- (1) The php code submits data to one form at a time. The java function should show and submit data to multiple forms simultaneously. (2) The field names from form which are populated on screen are fixed in php code. I want you to change this, so that I can passs field names and their values as parameters to your function. (3) Currently only one multiple choice field and one captcha are shown on screen, in your function there should be provision for more than 1 multiple choice values, again as parameters to your function. Even if you cant make the 3 changes listed above, and can only convert the php function into java, then also please put in a bid. In addition to code, please create one sample that shows a form and submits data to that form (after user has filled in captcha/multiple choice values). Simple work for a good php/java coder.
