Create a Plugin to show ads of woocommerce products in other sites

You should be knowledgeable into woocommerce and wordpress in order to finish up this task.tasks. I need a wordpress/woocommerce plugin that takes in-stock products of my shop and shows them as adverts anywhere I want. This can be my own shop, or also in affiliate sites. Requerements: 1) The plugin should be configurable to show 2 or 4 products at the time (or both randomly). The image attached uses two. 2) The products shown in the image should be taken from the shop feed or google products plugin (used with google shopping). 3) Only in-stock products should be shown 4) Ads should give preference for products with the highest stock. Lower stock products should be shown. 5) in the upper left corner should be shown a square with the discount of the product (eg: 50%) 6) Once the page is loaded, the ad should show 2 products (or 4 depending on the config of requirement #1 . After N seconds (this should be configurable), products should change for the next 2 (or 4) products. Products shown can be random, so it won't show the same products in the same order, every time the ad is loaded. Ad should load X products total, also configurable. Eg: every 10 seconds I will show 2 products, and will change 4 times (which means 8 products total)m after that it will show first two products again. 7) I have an affiliates program. So I need the html I will give to my affiliates to have an affiliate code parameter, which will be passed to the link, when the product is clicked on the page. I need the code to be clean and maintainable.
