Custom PHP code for a Wodpress website (integrate API, schedule posts, etc)

IMPORTANT: This is for an adult video streaming website! I need a coder that is a Wodpress and PHP expert that will be able create some custom code. A content provider offers its API for querying and getting embed content. I need a view on back-end of Wordpress that will allow me to connect to this API, search for content I need and add it to my website. I would like to do it in a asynchronous way, for better interactivity and usability. Another part of this project is to add a "scheduler" feature to Wordpress. It has a configuration view where admin can specify how often posts are allowed to be posted and how many at the same time. Once configured, all posts created with the API described above, upon creation should be scheduled according to scheduler configuration. I know it's a messy explanation, but I can explain more and better in a chat, and also show example API calls and response. If you are interested and really read this message, please include in your proposal the word "API". Sorry, but I'm just tired of bots putting bids and not even reading the requirements.
