Customized HR Software

Need to develop an web based recruitment management software. The software should be as it is shown in the attached video and images. There is only one module having 2 Forms. 1. 'Create New Applicant' Form Page. There should be a dynamic field "Apply Job Position" (see Top right corner of the "Add New Applicant" form- attached image). All other fileds are static. View submitted form as html and option to download as pdf. Form "Save" button. 2. Applicant List Page with search option 3. Excell Download from Applicant List Page 4. Click on individual - It will open applicant details with PDF download option 5. Applicant Edit, Delete Option under applicant details page 6. 'Create New Employer' From Page ( See the attached 'Add New Employer' PDF for fields to be created). 2. Employer List Page with search option 3. Excel Download from Employer List Page 4. Click on individual - It will open Employer details with PDF download option 5. Employer Edit, Delete Option under Employer details page. Login page: there will be simple login with captcha (Format. 61-5=?) Users: Option to create a new user by admin. User Access Permission: Options to set permission. Reports: List: List of Employers. Download list as Excel/PDF. List: List of Applicants. Download list as Excel/PDF. Payment Record of the applicant.
