Display trending articles from Rss feed for multiple websites

I have two small blogs say B1 and B2. I want to show trending articles from B1 on B2, and from B2 on B1. I know there are various ways to implement them, but I specifically want to show trending articles via RSS feeds. #The trending articles module should come with simple CSS + HTML + JS file, nothing fancy. #It should have customization options. #Work with any RSS feed link that I input #It should have the ability to define the number of posts to display #It should have the design (please see attachment) similar to the "Related content" module we see on many websites. #The title of the modules, i.e. "Trending article" should be customizable #Should cache the output of the module for easier loading, i.e. the output should not change within the specified period of time, which should be flexible as well. For example, if blog's RSS feed has 10 posts in RSS feed, the module has been set to display 4 articles, it should cache the 4 articles as output for 1 hours (or any other user input) regardless of changes in RSS source within the given period of time. #The design should be simple, light yet beautiful. It should be responsive, which should follow bootstrap style. #The Images should be bigger with better-styled text. #As always show me what you can do. Suggest some other changes that you think should be implemented towards the betterment of this project.
