Face Recognition and face morphing

Hi, I'm looking for a expert coder who is able to allow users to upload 1-2 pictures and the website should scan for faces (ie: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]). User will be able to choose their own face and their partner faces. Using this 2 faces, when the user click on generate button, it will merge this 2 faces and create a baby face that have some of their features. I need not the generated face to look super realistic but it should have features of the 2 uploaded picture faces. If anyone is able to do such a project, kindly bid for this project!
