Fix Magento 2.3.x Custom Extension to work with or without Custom Options

Hi, your project looks very interesting to me. As you can see in my profile, I am spezialized for module programming in Magento. Can you tell me a bit more about the module ? Are custom options for products required in certain circumstances by the module or is it just a wrongly performed option check by the module which does assume but not check correctly if product options exist ?
