CS:GO gambling website

Hello guys. Im looking for a man who is experienced and can write full CS GO gambling website + bot, like [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] , etc. Maybe u have already done it and u have to make some modifacations to sell it for me. When people get on website they can just watch how other guys are playing. First they have to sign through the steam to deposit skins (cs go guns, that have price). After signing players push play button and deposit skins. Then they have to accept or decline offer on website in small window in 40 seconds or trade offer will be cancelled. Steam trade bot accepts this skins, gets their prices from [login to view URL] and displays skins and their value on website. After 2 minutes when fisrt man deposited skins or after there will be 70 skins in round. Then system choose random winner (how it works [login to view URL] ) and displays him. Then bot sends an offer to a winner with skins except 10% of pot value and sending another offer to my account with them. Then new round starts. I have a main page design in .psd . On main page will be menu; chat; roulette; place where csgo skins are dispaying that players deposit; place where players, amount of skins and value of skins are dispaying. Also I need 3 page with text (rules, privacy policy, terms of service). Also I need admin page where I could choose winner of any round (believe me its possible, I know sites where programmers did it); amount of online people; ability to delete messages in chat and to ban people in chat to avoid advertising.
