I have an existing website that was not completed. It consists of a CMS front/ admin parts, order entry/ acknowledgement part and an admin part.

The original consisted of a CMS front/ admin parts, order entry/ acknowledgment part, and an admin part. The project was about 80% complete when it was decided the developer was removed from the project because of man missed promised completion dates. Part A is a CMS type system has been set up to control the look and feel of the site. This part wasn’t completed but is almost finished. About 85% done. One item that was not completed (Request for Quote part) is giving the admin to fill in several dropdown lists and make changes so the overall look and feel of the site. There are several lists that need to be converted to dropdown boxes so the admin can add and delete items as necessary. Part B is an order acknowledgment system that allows users to enter a purchase order into our production system and generate an order acknowledgment and project number. The order acknowledgment needs to be stored so it can be duplicated for future orders and a new order acknowledgment number generated. The project numbers begin with a year plus a sequential numbering system. Ex 18000 then 18001... The 18 (year prefix) would change to 19XXX in [login to view URL] The order acknowledgment would be emailed to the user and to our sales office for processing. The user should be able to recall their entry and duplicate it with a system generated new number. Part C is a Request for Quote System that is 95% complete. There are only a few small items that need to be corrected and finished. However, one item that was not completed is giving the admin to fill in several dropdown lists and make changes to the overall look and feel of the site. This was to be done with some sort of CMS system similar to using a WordPress system for this. There is also a calculation that needs to be performed based on user selections of some items on the site. There are several other items that need to be fixed/ added as well.
