Illustrate several site environment models and landscape features

I need an illustration (high quality computer generated, examples available) [preferably] or overlayed onto a aerial photograph. The initial illustration needs to represent an Afghan landscape, showing features such as village, well, agricultural/farming area, rivers, streams and livestock (as a minimum) [example images and illustrations/animations available. Away from these feature a reasonable distance, I need to illustrate an excavation area (digging of a pit), (attached images for "a small afghan village.." and several of the Afghanlandscape images provide good examples of the common village lay out and terrain). The excavation area should be at a distance and ideally on slightly elevated ground. Aerial lines will need to then be shown above the image to illustrate distance. The purpose of the scene and illustration is to 'illustrate' safe distances for excavation of waste pits, similar to landfills from those features listed above. Once a suitable illustrator has been selected, additional variations on the 'scene' such as depicting other environments and features, such as African savannah and Jungle scenes will also be commissioned. Estimated total of 3 to 6 images with a possibility of other smaller zoomed in images may also be commissioned if satisfied with the quality of the illustration.
